Future Gardens was the launch-pad of phase 1 of the Butterfly World Project in St Albans, which was launched by Sir David Atttenborough and David Bellamy. Attracting a range of globally acclaimed designers, this captivating designer garden event included pioneering designs which acknowledged the fragility of our environment. Instead of traditional courgettes, cabbages and cauliflowers, Narratives of Nature took the concept of ‘grow your own’ further than before and featured many naturally occurring edible plants found amongst UK hedgerows and woodlands.  The garden still open to the public, please visit www.butterflyworldproject.com
